NREGA Job Card (nregajobcard.in) is an independent website that explains India’s rural employment guarantee – now VB-G RAM G, earlier MGNREGA – in simple Hindi and English. Our readers are mostly workers, their families and the people who help them: panchayat members, Rozgar Sevaks, students and volunteers.
What we do
- Step-by-step guides to the official portal: job card list, job card number, attendance, muster rolls and payments.
- Free tools that run in your browser: a wage calculator, a 125-day tracker, and printable job card and work demand forms.
- Plain-language updates when wage rates or rules change.
How we work
We check facts against official notifications and the government portal, and every guide shows when it was last updated. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, bank details or passwords, and the forms on this site never send what you type to our server.
We are not a government site
We are not connected to the Ministry of Rural Development or any state government. For official records, always use vbgramg.dord.gov.in or your Gram Panchayat.
