NREGA Muster Roll – How to Check Attendance and Wages for a Work

A muster roll is the attendance sheet for a single work over a fixed period, usually a week or two. It lists every worker, the days they were present and the wages due. Each muster roll has a unique number.

View a muster roll

  1. Open your job card from the job card list.
  2. In the work details, click the muster roll number for the work you did.
  3. Alternatively, go to Analytics & Reports → View Daily Attendance or the muster roll report for your panchayat.

What to check

  • Your name and job card number are correct.
  • Every day you worked is marked present.
  • The amount matches the days and your state’s wage rate, after measurement.
  • Nobody who did not work is listed – fake entries reduce the money available for real workers.

Mistakes should be reported to the mate or Rozgar Sevak quickly, and can be raised in the social audit.
