There is no separate “download” button for a job card, but you can open your card on the official portal and save it as a PDF in under a minute – on a phone or a computer.
Steps
- Find your name in the job card list for your Gram Panchayat.
- Click your job card number. The full card opens with the photo, members and work history.
- On a phone, open the browser menu and tap Share → Print, then choose Save as PDF. On a computer, press Ctrl + P and pick “Save as PDF”.
- Save the file and keep a copy on WhatsApp or in your email.

Is a printout valid?
A printout is useful for your own records and for checking details, but the official job card is the one issued by the Gram Panchayat. If you have lost it, ask the panchayat for a duplicate – it is free.

Government portals sometimes slow down at busy times. Try again early in the morning or late in the evening, or switch to “Desktop site” in your browser menu.
