NREGA MIS Report – Panchayat-wise Works, Spending and Payments

The MIS (Management Information System) reports show what is happening in every Gram Panchayat: works sanctioned and completed, people employed, days of work provided and money spent. They are useful for workers, panchayat members and anyone preparing for a social audit.

Opening the reports

  1. Open vbgramg.dord.gov.in and, in the Dashboard, tap MIS Report. The reports site, vbgramgrep.dord.gov.in, opens.
  2. Solve the small sum in the Captcha Code box and tap Verify Code.
  3. Choose the Financial Year and State Name.
  4. Reports are grouped from R1 to R34 – for example R1 Beneficiary Detail (job cards), R3 Demand and Allocation of Works, R4 Musterroll and Wagelist, R6 Work Progress, R7 Financial, R8 e-FMS (FTOs and payments), R9 Social Audit and R10 Grievance Redressal. “Expand All” opens every group.
  5. Tap a report, then drill down by tapping your district, block and panchayat names.

Need quick numbers? Open Scheme At a Glance on the Dashboard, pick State / District / Block / Panchayat and tap View Detail. One page shows job cards issued, active workers, persondays, the average wage and the share of payments made within 15 days – no captcha needed.

Reports people use most

  • Job card / Employment Register – households and their job card numbers.
  • Demand, allocation and employment – who asked for work and who got it.
  • Muster rolls – attendance and wages for each work.
  • Works list – sanctioned, ongoing and completed works with their cost.
  • Payment and FTO status – whether wages have been sent to the bank.

Tips

Choose the financial year carefully – reports default to the current year. Use Print → Save as PDF to keep a copy. If figures look wrong, raise them at the Gram Sabha or the six-monthly social audit.
