The MIS (Management Information System) reports show what is happening in every Gram Panchayat: works sanctioned and completed, people employed, days of work provided and money spent. They are useful for workers, panchayat members and anyone preparing for a social audit.
Opening the reports
- Go to vbgramg.dord.gov.in → Analytics & Reports (detailed reports are also served from vbgramgrep.dord.gov.in).
- Choose State Reports and select your state.
- Drill down by district, block and panchayat.
- Pick the report you need from the R-series list.
Reports people use most
- Job card / Employment Register – households and their job card numbers.
- Demand, allocation and employment – who asked for work and who got it.
- Muster rolls – attendance and wages for each work.
- Works list – sanctioned, ongoing and completed works with their cost.
- Payment and FTO status – whether wages have been sent to the bank.
Tips
Choose the financial year carefully – reports default to the current year. Use Print → Save as PDF to keep a copy. If figures look wrong, raise them at the Gram Sabha or the six-monthly social audit.
